Whilst we are still allowed to exercise once a day Christine has been riding her Gepida around the local area. She sent me this after a phone call where she had a little technical issue with her bike.

Thank you very much for your help this afternoon when I feared I had a problem with the changing of my levels of speed. Living as I do in hilly Wales I make the most of the levels of speed which my super Gepida bike gives me.
Your knowledge of bikes always amazes me, and your steady handling of any problem does you credit.
My climb up from Tintern Abbey had me in turbo charge for a couple of miles....wonderful bike!
