Exchanges & Returns Policy
In-Store Purchases
Bikes and accessories purchased in-store or collected from our premises are not eligible for return or refund if you change your mind.
If your bike or product develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the item and, where a fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of your warranty and your statutory consumer rights.
Please retain your proof of purchase, as this will be required for any warranty claim.
Online Purchases
If you purchase from our website, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods within a further 14 days.
Returned items must be unused, in an unused condition suitable for resale, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been returned.
Faulty Goods
If you believe your bike or product is faulty, please contact us before returning it. We may ask for photographs or videos to help assess the issue.
Once inspected, if the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the bike or defective component. If no manufacturing fault is found, the item will be returned to you and return shipping or collection costs may apply.
Sale Items
Sale items may only be returned where they are faulty or where you have statutory rights to cancel an eligible online order.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
