Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

Description
The BOSCH "Active Line Plus" motor blends harmoniously into the aluminum frame in the bottom bracket area.
When pedaling, the mid-engine supports up to 25 km/h. At first rather gently, then later - at higher speeds - it shows its true power. It is also pleasantly quiet in operation. Its four support levels can be controlled from the clear "Intuvia" display.
The fine tuning takes over the durable and low-maintenance SHIMANO "Nexus" internal gear hub with eight gears. The brakes are just as sensitive as the engine. The hydraulic disc brakes "MT 200" also from SHIMANO can also really bite, but above all they convince with their easy operation.
Last but not least, the frame determines the driving style. As torsionally stiff as it is, the Pearl also rides sportily - if you want. Above all, however, it determines the upright riding position and is supplemented by the everyday equipment that allows the city bike to be ridden every day on all occasions.

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
