If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

The Reaction Hybrid ONE combines our clever frame design and a 600Wh PowerTube battery with Bosch's renowned, Smart System-equipped CX motor and Shimano's reliable, easy-to-use Cues 1x10 gears for smooth, almost effortless pedal assistance. There's a suspension fork for improved comfort and control on-road or off, with 120mm of travel (100mm for small frame sizes and for all Easy Entry models). And strong all-weather Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, combined with wide and comfortable Schwalbe Smart Sam 2.6in tyres, ensure you can always slow and stop safely. Fun and adventure, in one neat package.

The Reaction Hybrid's neat and tidy design is no accident. With the 600Wh PowerTube battery neatly concealed and the Bosch CX drive housed securely, its svelte lines disguise lots of clever features. It's PowerMore-ready, making it easy to add up to 250Wh of extra battery capacity. The integrated seat clamp and cable routing complement the clean aesthetic. There's a pre-installed chain guide, and it's ready to accept ACID mudguards and a luggage carrier... plus, with X-Connect, adding a compatible ACID front light is as simple as plugging it into the headset. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.

While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
